Caitlin began studying dance at age 3 in Jackson, NJ. She trained in ballet, contemporary, modern, tap and jazz throughout high school. She then went on to pursue dance at Muhlenberg College in PA under the direction of Karen Dearborn, where she graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in both Dance and Psychology. At Muhlenberg, Caitlin was able to add aerial acrobatics to her training. Caitlin has had the pleasure of working with choreographers such as Charlotte Boye-Christensen, Nicole Wolcott, Jeffrey Peterson, and Corrie Cowart. Her performance credits include “Nut Cracked” alongside David Parker and the Bang Group at SteelStacks in Bethlehem,PA, “Outlines” in the Bach Family Choir Festival, and “Left Exit” choreographed by Sean Curran as part of the Summerstages Program at the ICA in Boston,MA.
After graduating, Caitlin went on to perform as an ensemble member in the Turkish Operetta “The Cloth Peddler” at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Los Angeles, CA. She also assisted in creating and choreographing for the InstaDance Collective dance company in 2015 in New York City, where she performed in numerous festivals in the NY/NJ area including CheckItOut Dance Festival and Identically Different. Caitlin continues to train weekly in NYC at Broadway Dance Center, Step, and Peridance. Caitlin is thrilled to be a part of the Inspirations Dance family and is looking forward to working with students who are equally dedicated and passionate about dance as she is!
